For over 30 years we have been manufacturing platinum temperature sensors in thin-film technology in our specialized factory, today the CRAG series. Our company emerged from the former Sensotherm, which means we can look back on a long tradition and sound expertise. The brains and makers of Sensotherm are now actively involved in production as technical managers. Thanks to our technically mature solutions, we are now one of the leading companies in the manufacture of these sensors. Our aim is to provide our customers with products of the highest quality and to meet international standards.
Services and product portfolio
We offer a wide range of products and services:
- Production and distribution of platinum temperature sensors (PT100, PT500, PT1000): Our sensors are suitable for a wide range of applications and meet the highest quality standards.
- Development of customized solutions: We adapt our products individually to the needs of our customers and offer comprehensive advice.
- Thin-film platinum temperature sensors: These sensors are manufactured in accordance with the globally recognized DIN EN IEC 60751 standard. They cover a standard measuring range of -50°C to +600°C, which can be extended to -200°C to +850°C if required.
CRAG Series: Wired Sensor Elements
Our CRAG series offers particularly versatile and robust sensors. This series is equipped with highly solderable silver wires and is ideal for applications at extremely high temperatures and in cryogenic environments. The CRAG series offers an extended operating temperature and is ideal for demanding applications. Thanks to their construction with highly solderable silver wires, the sensors in the CRAG series guarantee outstanding performance and reliability.

- 100% final visual inspection and electrical testing of all sensor elements: Each component is carefully tested to ensure maximum reliability.
- High adherence to deadlines and delivery reliability: Our flexibility enables us to react quickly to customer requirements and deliver on time.
- Quality management system (QM system): We have introduced a QM system in accordance with DIN EN ISO 9001 and are continuously improving it.

Connecting wires of the CRAG series
The connecting wires are the most important connection between our Pt sensors and the outside world. That is why we attach particular importance to their quality and resilience:
- Nickel wire: A cost-effective solution for many applications.
- Platinum sheathed wire (PtNi wire): Historically proven and suitable for higher temperatures.
- Pure platinum wire: Required for applications above +650°C.
- Nickel wire with gold coating (AuNi wire): Prevents oxidation and offers a high-quality alternative.
